Delivery conditions:
Good can only be delivered after conclusion of Distance purchase – sale agreement between Buyer and Seller, with registration or without registration on the website www.autopasaulis.com, according to provisions of Website rules (active link to WEBSITE RULES). Distance purchase – sale agreement between Buyer and Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, after choosing desired goods and/or services and forming shopping cart, indicating required information in the order form, and choosing payment method, approves the order by clicking on “Order with obligation to pay” button.
At the time of delivery of goods, Buyer must inspect the condition of the parcel together with Seller or Seller’s authorized representative. After Buyer signs an invoice, bill of lading or other document indicating delivery – acceptance of parcel, parcel is considered to be transferred and in appropriate condition. After noticing that packaging of delivered goods is damaged (crumpled, wet or any other external signs of damage), Buyer must indicate it in an invoice, bill of lading or other document indicating delivery – acceptance of parcel and, with presence of Seller or his authorized representative, fill out free form act of parcel damage.
When goods are being delivered to third countries, Buyer commits to pay duty and other taxes related to the purchase of the goods, when such taxes are payable in Buyer’s country, and to carry out duty and other procedures that are required in Buyer’s country.
Seller is not responsible for duty or other taxes. If Recipient failed to settle with tax administration institutions in tamely manner, did not fill out necessary documents or filled them out incorrectly, which caused additional expenses for Seller, Seller has the right to provide an additional invoice to the Buyer for covering these additional expenses.
Delivery methods and terms:
- Goods in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia are delivered through UAB “DPD Lietuva” courier service. Delivery time is 1 workday in Lithuania and 1-3 workdays in Latvia and Estonia, depending on delivery location;
- Goods in all other countries of the world are delivered using AB “Lietuvos pastas” services. Delivery time is 3-13 workdays, depending on the destination country;
- In Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, goods can be delivered to UAB “DPD Lietuva” post locker (hereinafter post locker). Buyer is informed by SMS with a code, which then is entered into post locker to independently collect the goods from post locker, according to instructions of post locker. Delivery time is 1 workday in Lithuania, 1-3 workdays in Latvia and Estonia.
- Goods can be delivered by the Seller or his representative. Goods are delivered in timeframe individually arranged between delivery service and Buyer, by phone: +370 683 13332 or e-mail info@autopasaulis.com. Price depends on delivery location.
- Buyer can collect the goods by arriving at the store in Vilnius, Kalvariju g. 143. Buyer is informed by SMS when goods are ready to be picked up.
In cases when specific items are not in Seller’s storage, Buyer is informed that ordered items are not in stocks and about the terms of possible delivery of specific goods.
Delivery fee:
Delivery fee is calculated according to weight, dimensions of the parcel and delivery location. You can find out the price of delivery of your selected items by forming the shopping cart and continuing to the payment step in website www.autopasaulis.com.

Price of delivery of parcel, when its weight does not exceed 30kg, while longest edge does not exceed 1,50 m, volume does not exceed 3 m (volume = longest edge + 2 x (height + width)), is provided in Parcel delivery price table.
Price of delivery of parcel, when its weight exceeds 30kg or one of dimensions exceeds 1,50 m and/or volume exceeds 3m (volume = longest edge + 2 x (height + width)) must be arranged according to individual agreement between Buyer and Seller using phone no: +370 683 13332 or e-mail info@autopasaulis.com, and depends on weight, dimensions of the parcel and delivery location.
Maximum dimensions of parcel to be delivered to post locker is c = 37cm x a = 44 cm x b = 61 cm.
